Submit deals for clients and route them to the marketplace or your own lenders.

  • Accuracy Representation. I represent that all information I provide — including information I provide on behalf of a client — is accurate and complete, and that I am authorized to provide it. I understand that providing false information may result in removal from the platform.
  • Intermediary Disclosure. Deals and programs I submit on behalf of others are labeled as broker-submitted or brokered access. I will not present a client's deal or a lender's capital as my own.
  • Fees Off-Platform. Lendmode records and displays disclosed broker compensation; it does not escrow, split, collect, or enforce fees. Fee agreements are between me and my parties, off-platform.
  • Deal Confidentiality. I will not forward full deal details off the platform. Platform invites and deal teasers are how I present a deal to a party who is not yet on Lendmode.
  • Not a Lender / Not Advice. I understand Lendmode is a technology platform and does not provide financial, legal, or lending advice, and does not itself fund loans.
